About .TTX File Format
To work with TTX files in Anycount, let’s get to know a little more about this format.
A proprietary format of SDL Trados Studio. TradosTag, or TTX, contains not only the text and its translations, but also tags and formatting information of the source document. The TradosTag editor is bundled with DSL Trados Studio. TTX. files can be created from a variety of file types, including .HTML, .JSP, .ASP, .XSL, .XML, .SGML, .RTF, and .DOC. After adding a TTX file to Anycount, you will have to choose whether you need to count the source text (the original) or target text (the translation) in the CAT tab of the Options window.
When counting of .TTX files is completed, you can:
- view count results on the screen;
- print count results;
- export count results to .HTML, .DOCX, or .PDF formats.
